Caddo Common Park

Caddo Common Park, or “The Common” for short, is a creative greenspace located at the heart of Shreveport Common at 869 Texas Avenue. The park includes tree-lined walking trails, an outdoor performance pavilion, a food truck court, and a bioswale. The Common officially opened in 2019, with the performance pavilion following in 2022. Shreveport Regional Arts Council—headquartered at nearby Central ARTSTATION—organizes The Common’s year-round calendar of events and activities. 

The Common is located just steps from ASEANA Asian Gardens of Shreveport, Central ARTSTATION, The Church of the Holy Cross, Shreveport Municipal Auditorium, and Oakland Cemetery.
